As Seekers we are often distracted by others, by their opinion, their philosophies, their process and what works for them. But at the end of the day, it is through your lens, your self-identity and the unique way you read the world that determines your journey. As women we often defer to others, thinking they know more, or what’s best, and whilst listening to other viewpoints is always of value, the choices you ulimately make are yours and yours alone.
You Are the Portal through which your ‘seeking’ takes place… you as an energetic being sense the world through you, as a portal you are constantly shrinking and expanding in energy depending on your current sense of self-identify (everything is affected through the lens that is you). Shift your self-identify and the world shifts both inwards and externally to meet that view.
I invite you to use your Soul Journal to examine and watch how that lens changes over time and to use your journal to stay connected to the truest sense of self you have at any point on the time line. You will be amazed how over a period of years your Soul Journal will serve as your most intimate mirror and give you the freedom to accept, integrate and validate yourself without needing to reach out to others.
